These Terms of Service govern your use of Krofio, operated by ADCX Lab Hub (JM1033406-H). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Krofio provides AI-powered tax planning reports and business advisory analysis for Malaysian businesses. Our services include tax estimation, savings strategy identification, CP204 calculations, and management account analysis.

2. Important Disclaimer

All reports generated by Krofio are AI-generated based on relevant Malaysian income tax legislation for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional tax advice. You should consult your tax professional before making any tax-related decisions or filings based on our reports.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided. Tax laws and regulations are subject to change, and individual circumstances may vary.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One account per individual or business entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload fraudulent or misleading financial data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute reports without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of Krofio are the intellectual property of ADCX Lab Hub. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use only. You retain ownership of all financial data you upload.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Krofio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

7. Payment & Refunds

• Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan terms
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused report credits within 14 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, ADCX Lab Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Krofio, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from tax decisions made based on our reports.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
